Delivery tracking · for brands and their estates

Every parcel, to every store, tracked to the door

Consignments are tracked with the courier, receipt is confirmed at the store, and problems are photographed and raised on the spot. You know what arrived, where and when — and who signed for it.

The problem

“Has it landed?”

A national campaign is hundreds of parcels to hundreds of doors, and on launch week the question is always the same. Without tracking that ties each parcel to its store and its campaign, the answer is a morning on the phone.

How it works

Delivery tracking, step by step

  1. 01

    Dispatch

Each consignment is booked against its campaign and its store, so a tracking number always means something.

  2. 02

    Track

The courier’s own tracking, read back and grouped by drop, with the parcels that need attention at the top.

  3. 03

    Receive

The store confirms what arrived against a checklist of every item it was sent.

  4. 04

    Resolve

Anything missing or damaged is photographed on the spot and emailed to the person who handles problems.

What it does

Delivery tracking: what it does

Grouped by drop

A campaign’s parcels read together, not as a list of tracking numbers.

Exceptions first

The parcels that need attention at the top, where they can be dealt with before the store notices.

Receipt by checklist

The store ticks off each item, so “it arrived” means everything arrived.

Problems with photographs

A missing item or a damaged panel reported from the shop floor with a picture, and sent straight to whoever fixes it.

Proof of delivery per store

When it arrived and who signed for it, kept against the store and the campaign.

Sign-in links for stores

Stores confirm from a phone with a link — no passwords to forget.

Questions

Delivery tracking: what people ask

Do stores need an account and a password?

No. Stores sign in with a link and confirm what arrived from a phone, in the stockroom, in under a minute.

What happens when something is missing?

The store marks it and photographs it on the spot, and the problem is emailed to the person you have named to handle it.

Can we see one campaign’s deliveries together?

Yes. Parcels are grouped by drop, with the exceptions first, so a campaign’s deliveries read as one picture.

Is proof of delivery kept?

Yes. When each parcel arrived and who signed for it are kept against the store and the campaign, ready for whoever asks.
